I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were really nice too make my experience enjoyable. From the reception gentleman who helped me with a metro card and gave me detailed directions to my workplace, to the courteous reception team who provided an alarm call and arranged a taxi for me on time, they were cooperative and polite. The hotel's cleanliness was also commendable, with everything being nice and clean. The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the Osmanbay metro station, making transportation around the city quite convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Osmanbey metro station, making it easy to access different parts of the city. it is situated in a safe area, with a large supermarket nearby and a vibrant shopping street within walking distance. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. The morning receptionist is particularly polite and helpful.
The wifi signals in the hotel were weak and frequently interrupted, causing inconvenience to guests.

The location was perfect, with the metro station just a stone's throw away and plenty of shops and cafes in the vicinity. The staff at the hotel were friendly and were very good too make my stay enjoyable. They not only provided helpful information about the hotel, but also gave me valuable insights about the city, transportation, and local customs. I particularly want to express my gratitude to Hakan and Majid for their really good service. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep in the cozy bed. I would highly recommend Nil Hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering the central location in the heart of Istanbul. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb with a wide variety of options to choose from.
